All paid HOI members that personally have a bleeding disorder and/or families with a person in their household who has a bleeding disorder will be provided two nights at the hotel, Friday and Saturday with the cost of registration. (This includes parents of grown children with bleeding disorders.)
HOI will be booking your rooms for you once this registration form is received. You do NOT have to call the hotel if you fit into this description.
